I thought it might be interesting to go loafing around at drug stores to check sodium levels on bread and cereals. Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, 8 percent, Shreddies, 7 percent, Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats was zero percent way to go! KASHI Organic Promise was also a winner at zero percent. Wonder Bread was nine percent and Country Harvest, 7 percent.
The shelf life of humans is also important and should perhaps take priority over economic advantages wherever possible.
