We seniors, when we were kids, every year when a Ford, Chevrolet, and Chrysler was unveiled, it was a huge event. To see a ‘57 Chevy, an original Ford Mustang and Chrysler Imperial, wow that’s still an emotional experience! Now, that driverless cars are just down the road - a decade or less likely reality, one ponders whether future generations will feel a similar nostalgia, viewing collectible old driverless automobiles in this new ever evolving millennium.
Thus, this following song.
There once was a driverless car that turned into an automatic chauffeur.
It drove humanity so pleasantly far, without spark plugs or oil products for sure.
Pulling into a five-star hotel, the bell hops saluted with the deference of upper class.
Disguised as humans, they, like the chauffeur, were also robots, oh well. Nevertheless, also expected good tips, alas.
The dining room chefs, all the way down to the bus boys were equally digitalized, as well as the synthesized steaks.
Providing some food for thought, with the exciting future one toys. Contemplating humanity and its ingenuity, coming to future generations just around the corner for goodness sakes.
