Don’t Fence Me In is a great song and proves very popular to sing at senior homes. However, the number of fences that seem to be springing out of nowhere as ‘money talks’ and ‘history walks’ is hard for some of us dinosaurs to take. I always thought developers were used for processing film. Some of the areas in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia seemed to have been fixed ‘real good’. Without being negative, of course, the following little ditty focuses on this enlightening situation. Hopefully it won’t cause anyone to ‘shutter’ due to its obvious lack of ‘depth of field’.
PLEASE FENCE ME IN
The pleasant foreshadowing of more instant fences appearing brings a happy TEAR. It’s a pleasure to witness whole blocks DISAPPEAR. There are lovely rezoning signs as many conglomerates CHEER. More taxes to celebrate and even better life styles soon will be HERE.
With bulldozers and other heavy machinery, grounds are professionally PREPARED, employment abounds and all is WELL. So affordable and the profits are equally SHARED. Proud expressions, especially from seniors, can’t you TELL?
Delighted and thrilled to bits by all the GOINGS ON. The prospect of the future cost of living, a piece of CAKE. It’s like watching a magnificent rainbow, while hearing a glorious SONG. Mega demolitions and developments, exponentially keep on blossoming, please, for goodness SAKE.
